Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCYL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, CCAR1, and PTPN11. Each is linked with SCYL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL2-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCYL2 versus SRSF9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
