Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,877 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are METAP2, UBE2N, and NUP37. Each is linked with SCYL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL2-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCYL2 versus METAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
