Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP360, HMGN1P31, and RNU7-74P. Each is linked with SCYL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL2-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP360 grouped by SCYL2-low versus SCYL2-high in LUSC.
