SCYL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP70, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with SCYL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL2-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSP70 grouped by SCYL2-low versus SCYL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
