SCYGR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCYGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJA8, GZMH, and USP31. Each is linked with SCYGR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYGR1-to-partner and partner-to-SCYGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJA8 grouped by SCYGR1-low versus SCYGR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
