Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCTR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,945 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTCF, CDCA8, and WRAP53. Each is linked with SCTR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCTR-to-partner and partner-to-SCTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTCF grouped by SCTR-low versus SCTR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
