Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 934 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCTR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with SCTR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCTR-to-partner and partner-to-SCTR results are reported.
