SCT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,462 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, TAGLN, and PALLD. Each is linked with SCT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCT-to-partner and partner-to-SCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCT versus VCAN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
