Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 359 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of polysaccharide metabolic process, and Regulation of polysaccharide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SCT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCT-to-partner and partner-to-SCT results are reported.
