SCRT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,958 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EOGT, RECQL4_S251, and SEC31A. Each is linked with SCRT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRT1 versus EOGT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
