SCRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR2DS4, CD300H, and SULT6B1. Each is linked with SCRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR2DS4 grouped by SCRT1-low versus SCRT1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
