SCRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,334 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFNG, ACBD4, and CCS. Each is linked with SCRN2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN2-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRN2 versus RFNG in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
