SCRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,762 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPEPPS, DCAKD, and NDRG1_T366. Each is linked with SCRN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN2-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRN2 versus NPEPPS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
