SCRN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,255 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC1, CDCA8, and ASPM. Each is linked with SCRN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN2-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRN2 versus DEPDC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
