SCRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESS2, HIRA, and SGTA. Each is linked with SCRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN2-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ESS2 grouped by SCRN2-low versus SCRN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
