SCRN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,514 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP14-AS1, SEPTIN7-DT, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with SCRN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRN1 versus FKBP14-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
