SCRIB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,960 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRIB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUF60, PUS7, and RBM12B. Each is linked with SCRIB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRIB-to-partner and partner-to-SCRIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRIB versus PUF60 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
