Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRIB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCRIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF623, LRRC14, and TIGD5. Each is linked with SCRIB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRIB-to-partner and partner-to-SCRIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRIB versus ZNF623 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
