SCRIB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are EI24, SFXN1, and WDR76. Each is linked with SCRIB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRIB-to-partner and partner-to-SCRIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EI24 grouped by SCRIB-low versus SCRIB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
