SCRIB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCRIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA13, ASPHD2, and GLTP. Each is linked with SCRIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRIB-to-partner and partner-to-SCRIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA13 grouped by SCRIB-low versus SCRIB-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
