SCPEP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCPEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,810 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCPEP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF24, CTSL, and VIM. Each is linked with SCPEP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCPEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCPEP1 versus ZNF24 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCPEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCPEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
