Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCPEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,792 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCPEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPNMB, NPL, and PARVG. Each is linked with SCPEP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCPEP1 results are reported.
