Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCPEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCPEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-113P, ADAM24P, and RN7SKP221. Each is linked with SCPEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCPEP1 results are reported.
