Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCPEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,703 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCPEP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosomal lumen acidification, Negative regulation of respiratory burst involved in inflammatory response, and Negative regulation of respiratory burst. Each is linked with SCPEP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCPEP1 results are reported.
