Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCP2D1-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCP2D1-AS1 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SCP2D1-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCP2D1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC are the cancer types where SCP2D1-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
