Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCP2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SCP2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where SCP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
