SCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,680 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, RBM47, and HOOK1. Each is linked with SCP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCP2 versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
