SCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, IER3IP1, and MIA-RAB4B. Each is linked with SCP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by SCP2-low versus SCP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
