Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,917 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular sterol transport, Positive regulation of intracellular cholesterol transport, and Progesterone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SCP2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCP2 results are reported.
