Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCOC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCOC data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher SCOC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCOC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and UCEC are the cancer types where SCOC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
