SCOC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,347 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCOC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, ARHGEF6_S225, and NAGK. Each is linked with SCOC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCOC-to-partner and partner-to-SCOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCOC versus ARFIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
