Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCOC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,236 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCN3, CBR4, and ELMOD2. Each is linked with SCOC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCOC-to-partner and partner-to-SCOC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCOC versus CLCN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
