SCOC

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCOC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00709, RNU6-361P, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with SCOC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCOC-to-partner and partner-to-SCOC results are reported.
