Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCOC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,115 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1F, POLD2, and GADD45A. Each is linked with SCOC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCOC-to-partner and partner-to-SCOC results are reported.
