Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,722 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP5, PSME2, and SAMHD1_T592. Each is linked with SCO2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCO2-to-partner and partner-to-SCO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCO2 versus GBP5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
