Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,311 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL12, CHCHD10, and ACO2. Each is linked with SCO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCO2-to-partner and partner-to-SCO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCO2 versus TTLL12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
