Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,034 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, Ribosome assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with SCO2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCO2-to-partner and partner-to-SCO2 results are reported.
