SCO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, XIRP2, and ARID1A. Each is linked with SCO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCO1-to-partner and partner-to-SCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by SCO1-low versus SCO1-high in PRAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
