Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ERK2, and Lck. Each is linked with SCO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCO1-to-partner and partner-to-SCO1 results are reported.
