Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,248 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA folding, Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with SCO1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCO1-to-partner and partner-to-SCO1 results are reported.
