Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCNM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,687 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCNM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), Threonyl-tRNA aminoacylation, and Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation. Each is linked with SCNM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNM1-to-partner and partner-to-SCNM1 results are reported.
