SCN1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNE1, TNIK, and TNIK_S769. Each is linked with SCN1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN1A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN1A versus SYNE1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
