SCN1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, MYH11, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with SCN1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN1A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by SCN1A-low versus SCN1A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
