Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 501 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway, Microtubule-based transport, and Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with SCN1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN1A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN1A results are reported.
