SCN1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,193 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are WRAP73, MTF2, and TMEM41B. Each is linked with SCN1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN1A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WRAP73 grouped by SCN1A-low versus SCN1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
