SCML4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,259 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP1, CD3E, and GBP4. Each is linked with SCML4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML4-to-partner and partner-to-SCML4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCML4 versus CASP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
