Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, MTATP6P21, and ATF4P3. Each is linked with SCML4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML4-to-partner and partner-to-SCML4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by SCML4-low versus SCML4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
