Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p53, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with SCML4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML4-to-partner and partner-to-SCML4 results are reported.
