The most reproducible SCML4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Skeletal myofibril assembly, Negative regulation of interleukin-17 production, and mRNA stabilization. Each is linked with SCML4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML4-to-partner and partner-to-SCML4 results are reported.
