SCML4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCML4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,354 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLIN3, TADA1, and VEZF1. Each is linked with SCML4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML4-to-partner and partner-to-SCML4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCML4 versus PLIN3 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
